Step 1 - Consult
Contact me to set up a time to discuss your vacation vision - This is when you will share your thoughts and dreams reguarding your ideal Disney vacation. This is my FAVORITE part! I LOVE hearing your vision and learning about your families. Every family and vacation is different, and I love having this opportunity to get to know each of you and begin dreaming with you! After our phone call, I will send you vacation package options based on your vision & budget. We will work together to find the perfect package for your family. We will be in communication throughout the process and I will be available for any questions you may have as they come up. Once you have decided on which vacation you would like to move forward with, we will place your deposit to reserve your vacation package.
Step 2 - Plan
I will contact you when it is time to make decisions on advanced reservations, and guide you to any restaurants or experience that fit your vision and family. I will then take care of obtaining your reservations.
You will receive a personalized itinerary from me. Including park strategies, recommendations, packing list and my Amazon shopping list. As well as an invitation to attend Small World Big Fun's Private Zoom Seminar held every 2 weeks, where we will teach you how to use Disney's Genie via the My Disney Experience App in order the get the most out of your park day.

Complimentary Planning
Most Clients will qualify for complimentary planning. To qualify, you must book one of the following vacation packages through me

Planning with a Fee
There are a few scenarios when I DO charge a planning fee listed below. This fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable

- Clients with accommodations outside the official Disney Resort Property
- Clients that have already booked their own Disney Resort package, and the 30/day window has passed.
$25 / Person
- Disneyland Resort Package with 1-Day only Park Pass
- Walt Disney World Resort Package with less than 3-day Park passes

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost for you to plan my personalized vacation?
It is Free! - The prices I send you in your vacation proposals will be identical to the prices you will receive if you book on the Disney Website yourself. Disney builds in the cost of a travel planner to all packages (whether you use us or not). They understand that it can be overwhelming to plan and coordinate these trips, and the recognize the benefit of a travel planner for their guests. There are a few scenarios where I require a planning fee. however most of my clients are eligible for complimentary vacation planning.
Do you book flights?
No, unfortunately I do not book flights, however I’m always happy to point you in the right direction. However you must book flights yourself, and they will not be included in your Disney Vacation Package.
What is the best age to start taking your kids to Disney?
There is this magical age, from 3-7 years old, where all of the characters and experiences feel so real to kids. I will always remember our first trip the week before my Oldest daughter turned 3 years old, (kids are free before 3yo at Disney Parks) when she met the Princesses for the first time. The look on her face is the reason we keep going back. As well as the reason that I love planning these trips for other families!
When should I start planning my Disney Vacation?
We can start planning ASAP! Currently the booking calendar for Walt Disney World is Open through 2024 & Disney Cruise Line is booking through the Fall of 2024. Disneyland’s Calendar is open through 2023 as of right now.
